How to use it

  1. 1Fill in your arrival and departure days first — they are always shorter than you think.
  2. 2Block one anchor activity per day, then fill the gaps later.
  3. 3Add transport times between anchors so you spot impossible days early.
  4. 4Leave one completely empty afternoon. You will need it.
  5. 5Print it or keep the file offline on your phone.

Why one anchor per day works

Trips fall apart when every slot is booked. One committed activity a day gives the trip a spine while leaving room for the walk, the market and the long lunch that end up being the memory.

How to handle arrival day

Treat arrival as a half day at best. Add the transfer, check-in and one nearby meal. Anything more and the whole week runs behind from hour one.
